Capital Area Family Justice Center is committed to facilitating the development and implementation of comprehensive domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, and stalking response systems. Our mission is to provide survivors of domestic and dating violence with the opportunity to create safer, more stable lives for themselves and their children by providing in-depth, professionally supported, comprehensive services.  

 

The facility is open Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm for walk-ins or by appointment. It is equipped with a Family Services Room to accommodate children during the visit as well as on-site partners to help connect survivors to resources. For more information, you can contact us at:

Iris Dv Center

From the Human Resources Director: All of our services are free and confidential. We currently have the capacity to service clients of domestic violence with emergency residential shelter for up to 45 days. We offer intensive case management 3 days a week.  On our campus we have a resource lab to search for mainstream benefits such as employment, or training. We provide three meals a day with snacks available throughout the day.

The facility has a 4-room boutique that opens two times per week. It has clothes, purses, shoes, jewelry, kids, and baby items. Each guest is given a bag of essentials upon arrival.
